Fulfillment Agent - Refunds/Customer Relations

Process refunds in a timely manner, and help with customer service post travel issues
Key Objectives:
- To process refunds, goal is to have a 2-3 day turnaround
- Update and note reservations of any changes
- Update different systems depending on the type of pass, certain passes have different rules and requirements
- Report any main issues, noticing any unusual trends
- Answer any post travel questions via email or letters
Skills Required:
· Conflict Resolution/problem solving
· Excellent writing skills,
· Ability to communicate effectively with clients as well as other departments
· Customer Service experience
· Attention to Detail
· Familiar with Excel, Microsoft Word
