Fulfillment Agent

Job Description:     To ensure distribution of all railway documents to the customer with efficiency and strict attention to detail.

Key Objectives:

• Take responsibility for processing all bookings in appropriate Railkey “backend”
• Review all incoming orders based on priority
• Ensure credit authorization checks successful
• Generate invoice, shipping label, and place in queue for printing

• Print from queue on appropriate stock ensuring accurate and acceptable printing standard
• Package each booking with appropriate collateral according to backend
• Verify each pass/ticket matches the stock management print out 
• Ensure each ticket counterfoil/matrice is collated according to stock number
• Sign and submit stock management form to supervisor
• Ensure documents are labeled with appropriate DHL/FEDEX shipping item and placed in appropriate bin for pickup
• Notify supervisor of materials status when quantities become limited
